Who is a person that is considered “at risk?”
A person who has previously indulged in criminal thinking or behavior.
A person who resides in a low income or destitute community.
Youth between the ages of 12-24.
Men and women struggling economically or who are unemployed.
A person with limited or no options to obtain an adequate and livable wage.
A person whose economic responsibilities supersede their general source of income.
Anyone who has been arrested or incarcerated.
Prisoners, former prisoners, and detainees for criminal cases.
A person who has an inadequate structure or foundation of family and/or communal support.
A person that has very little if any positive role models or mentors in their lives.
A person who is young and impressionable.
A person who resides in a neighborhood or environment that is exposed to incessant criminal activity.
A person who has dropped out of school without a high school or college degree.
A person who has had experience with addiction.
